About Padstow
Padstow is a harbour town on the Camel estuary. Rock lies across the water and is a separate road-access location, so specify the correct side in your enquiry.
Give the exact address area, not just the town
A Padstow enquiry should include the postcode, property access and proposed loading point. If the approach has vehicle restrictions, a narrow entrance or limited stopping space, describe these first. The service comes from Camborne; this page does not advertise a Padstow branch or depot.
Make the timing clear
Include when the waste will be ready and whether there is a handover, building schedule or guest arrival to work around. If access depends on a keyholder, identify who the team should contact to agree arrangements. Do not send door or lockbox codes in public-facing photographs.
Combine the brief, not the assumptions
If you need furniture removal and cleaning, describe both. If you need rubble removed and aggregate delivered, list each material and quantity separately. Related tasks can be discussed together, but availability and the scope of each service need to be confirmed in the quote.
Local collection question
Does Empire have a Padstow office?
The listed business base is Camborne. Padstow is a service area, not a separate office or customer drop-off location.
