Privacy & cookies

Information about this website and the enquiry form.

Who receives your enquiry

This website is for Empire Clearance & Cleaning, based in Camborne, Cornwall. Enquiries and data questions go to empireclearanceandcleaning@outlook.com, or call 07597 231595.

Information supplied through the form

The form asks for your name, a phone number or email, the job location and details. You may also provide preferences, approximate quantities, access information and up to three photographs. Only send information relevant to the enquiry. Avoid uploading identification, private documents, faces or access codes.

How the form uses it

The website sends the enquiry and optional photos to Empire by email using Resend. Vercel hosts the site and processes the form request; Microsoft Outlook receives the email. Technical request information may be processed by these providers to operate and protect their services. The site does not publish your enquiry.

Purpose and retention

The enquiry information is used to answer your request, prepare a quote and arrange any work you choose to book. Steps requested before entering a contract, managing the service and legitimate business administration are the relevant purposes. Enquiries and job correspondence may remain in business email and records while needed for the request, work and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact Empire about a particular record or deletion request.

Cookies, fonts and external links

The website code does not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. It requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. Facebook, WhatsApp and other external links open separate services with their own privacy notices. Sending a message through them is optional.

Your choices and rights

You can use the phone instead of the form. Contact Empire to request access to your personal information, correct it, or ask about deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal reasons. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
