Show us the whole collection
A close-up of one bag does not show the size of a job. Take a wide photo, then list anything hidden behind it. Tell us whether the load contains furniture, appliances, timber, rubble or garden cuttings as well as general rubbish. Different materials can need different handling.
Keep the collection manageable
Keep items on your own property until collection arrangements are agreed. Make the route to the waste clear and let us know if it is behind a locked gate, through the house or up steps. Do not move heavy or awkward items yourself just to make a photo easier.
Check unusual waste first
Describe anything sharp, liquid, electrical or potentially hazardous before booking. Paint, chemicals, batteries, gas bottles and suspected asbestos must not be hidden in mixed bags. We need to know what is there before confirming what can be collected.
Questions about rubbish removal
Can you collect black bags of rubbish?
General bagged household waste is part of our service. Tell us what is in the bags and mention any material that needs separate handling.
Do you offer same-day rubbish collection?
Call to check the current diary. We do not promise a same-day slot before confirming the job, location and availability.
Can you take everything in one mixed load?
Not necessarily. Some materials need to be kept separate or assessed first. Include a full list when requesting a quote.
