About Penzance & Newlyn
Penzance and neighbouring Newlyn are in west Cornwall. Give the actual town and property address rather than using a nearby coastal landmark as the collection location.
Plan the loading point before collection
Send the full collection postcode and describe where the vehicle can stop. If your property has a narrow approach, steps or a long route from the waste to the road, include that in the enquiry. Do not assume the nearest public parking space can be reserved or used for loading.
Part-clearances and bigger household jobs
You can ask about a few unwanted items or a larger property clear-out. Make a room-by-room list and include any garden, garage or shed contents that are part of the same request. Keep belongings that must remain clearly separate, especially when several people are organising the property.
Garden and renovation waste
List green waste, timber, soil, rubble and plasterboard separately. For building work, tell us when the waste will be ready and who will be on site. If new materials are needed too, ask separately about aggregate availability, quantity and delivery access.
Local collection question
Do you cover both Penzance and Newlyn?
Both are named in Empire's published coverage. Send the collection postcode and job details so the team can confirm the quote and diary.
