About St Ives
St Ives is a coastal town with a fishing heritage and a well-known arts community. Its older streets and waterfront form only part of the wider town.
Planning access for your collection
For a property reached through a narrow street, supply the precise entrance and known vehicle restrictions. Include steps and the distance to a legal loading point, especially for bulky furniture.
Describe the work you need
When clearing a holiday flat, identify belongings that must remain for guests. Give the changeover date and keyholder arrangements without putting door or lockbox codes in photographs.
