Garden waste clearance in Cornwall

Finished cutting back the garden, replacing a fence or clearing an outdoor space? Empire collects garden waste and outdoor rubbish, with the contents and loading access checked when we quote.

Green waste and garden clear-outs

Tell us whether you have grass, leaves, hedge cuttings, branches, old timber, fencing or a mixture. Soil, turf and rubble are different from lightweight green waste: mention them separately so the load can be assessed properly. A photo with a familiar object for scale is especially useful.

Plan the route from garden to vehicle

Include any steps, a narrow side passage, a steep path or a route through the house. If the waste is at the far end of the garden, show the route as well as the pile. Leave gate access clear and agree any parking arrangements before the collection.

More than a bag of cuttings

For a larger garden clear-out, list bulky objects and stored materials as well as vegetation. If an old shed or fence needs dismantling rather than just removal, make that explicit. This is a waste-clearance enquiry; tree surgery and landscaping work are not included unless separately agreed.

Questions about garden waste clearance

Can you take fencing with garden waste?

Old fencing and garden clearances are listed services. Tell us about timber, posts and concrete separately from green cuttings.

Is soil the same as green waste?

No. Soil and turf are much heavier than leaves or hedge cuttings. Describe the material and approximate amount when you request a quote.

Do you cut down trees?

This page covers collection of waste. Do not assume tree work is included; arrange any specialist tree work separately.

A few photos, your postcode and the access details are a good place to start.
