About St Austell
St Austell is closely associated with Cornwall's china clay industry and sits inland from St Austell Bay. Nearby coastal communities have their own names and addresses.
Planning access for your collection
Specify whether the property is in St Austell or a surrounding village. For a rear garden or outbuilding, show the loading route and say whether access is through the house or a separate gate.
Describe the work you need
For renovation waste, list plasterboard, rubble, wood and fittings separately. If a builder is still working, confirm when the load will be ready and whether other deliveries need the same access.
Local collection question
How do I get a waste removal quote in St Austell?
Send photographs of the contents and access route, the full St Austell collection address and your preferred dates. Identify heavy or unusual materials separately. The team will confirm what can be accepted and the price before booking.
